การ์ดวัดความชื้น (Humidity Indicator Cards หรือ HIC) คือแผ่นตรวจสอบความชื้นที่ใช้สำหรับตรวจวัดระดับความชื้นภายในถุงกันความชื้น (Moisture Barrier Bags หรือ MBB) และบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ปิดผนึกอย่างแน่นหนา สำหรับชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และสารกึ่งตัวนำ (Semiconductor) ที่มีความละเอียดอ่อน

การ์ด HIC มีให้เลือกใช้งานทั้งแบบ 3 จุด (3 dots) และ 6 จุด (6 dots) รวมถึงเวอร์ชันปลอดสารโคบอลต์ (Cobalt-free) และไม่มีส่วนผสมของโคบอลต์ (Non-cobalt) โดยจะแสดงระดับความชื้นด้วยการเปลี่ยนสีที่เห็นได้อย่างชัดเจน เพื่อช่วยป้องกันความเสียหายที่เกิดจากความชื้นในระหว่างการจัดเก็บและการขนส่ง
